Why wont they open?

I got some zoa from my LFS I think they are eagle eye but not sure. Anyway they have been in my tank for a few days and still wont all open. they were like this at the store too which is why I got them cheap. Any idea? My other zoas are open and happy and everything else in my tank is thriving... I tried them up high and now they are on the sand.

Tried changing up the flow?

I have moved them a couple times to different parts of the tank. Seems like the few that are open are the only ones that open...

Tried putting them near a set of zoas that are open?

They are pretty close to some. About 6" away...
