will i need a chiller?

ambient temp gets no higher than 85. would like tank to be around 76.

250g, 96" long, 260W of power compacts on each half

150g, 60" long, 260w pc total

if i will need a chiller on either setup, how many hp?

have u tried fans....the price on chillers are outragous

i haven't got the tanks yet, i'm just trying to plan out and budget for my next setup.

You may want to wait and see how warm the water gets, like was already mentioned chillers are outrageous. Open top with eggcrate and fans is a ton cheaper.
