workhorse vs. longhorse ballast

Per someone's suggestion here, I started to check out the Fulham line of ballasts. I was originally looking at the Workhorse line. It looked like the 7 could easily handle 2 96w PC bulbs. However, the workhorse line where "in fixture" type ballasts. I see they also have the longhorse ballast that is meant for remote ballasts. Should that be what I am looking for since I want my ballasts to be remotely mounted (in the cabinet)? Or will the workhorses still do the job?

Thanks in advance!
