Found a worm about an inch long red in colour what sort is it ???

Nah he is fine unless he is like super big lol don't worry about it, but don't touch it because it's bristles hurt like a"beach"

I have like a 6 inch Bristle worm im trying to trap.

Make sure you don't touch it the bristles are painful. Consider them a free clean up crew.
