Worm?

I am sorry this is the best picture I have so far. I found this somewhat large worm the other day and have no idea if it's harmless or a major problem. I have a bunch of small redish worms that have white bristles and didn't think much of them after doing some research but this one seems to be a different color. More of a blue please let me know what you all think. Click image for larger version

It seems to be a common bristleworm. The best thing to do if you can't get a better pic is to see how it behaves. If it's lightening fast I would be concerned. Put some food there for it. See if it lunges out and grabs the food then recoils quickly, or if it's slow like an earthworm. The latter shouldn't be a problem.
