Worm eating coral! Do traps work?

I've noticed some of my Zoos and Ricordia retreating. These particular specimens have always been healthy, so I suspected something was going after them. I watched one night and sure enough, a bristle worm (or worm of some type) darted out of a hole in the rock and took a chuck out of my zoo colony! My reef has been set-up for over a year, so I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden, but it is. Maybe this thing hitch hiked on a recent pice of coral that I bought. Anyway, I have it now and I got to get it out of there. Do the bristle worm traps work? This thing moved fast and it does not look like it will be easy to catch, so I need some advice.

If push comes to shove then take that rock out and put it in some FW and it should come out. But yes they do make traps for worms
