Would this be over stocked

Have a 75 gallon fowler soon the be reef I currently have 2 clown and a yellow tang I would like to add a mandarin a Randall's goby and a flame would that be over stocked here's a pic of the tank

No doesn't seem heavily stocked at all I have 4 fish in my 55g and everything is running smooth was planning on adding a couple more in the near future.

I would wait for a long time before I got a mandarin. You don't have enough food to sustain it right now.
