yellow balls...?

Hey...I was just observing my tank when I saw this yellow ball about the size of a BB maybe. I don't know how it got there or where it came from, but does anybody know what it is???

Here is a pic of a yellow ball sponge, maybe this will help

if the ball keeps growing and is squishy then....... maybe a sponge.

Yeah...it is the same color and everything, but it doesn't look like a ball. This actually looks like a little tiny ball...I'll try to take a decent picture...

I know you keep saying yellow, but if it has a greenish tinge to it and looks smooth and shiny the size of a BB then you may have the beginnings of Valonia or bubble algae. Bubble algae looks neat but can become a nuisance. Post a pic and you'll get a more positive ID.
