Yellow polyps??

Can anyone identify these yellow polyps? They are spreading like wildfire.[/img]

Nice picture! Yep, yellow star polyps - Parazoanthus gracilis. As you've noticed, they spread quite quickly!

peppermint shrimp eat yellow polyps?

I ask because i got a rock that is larger than a softball covered in polyps and also have 4-5 peppermints in the same tank. They never seemed to bother the polyps.

MIne alway do. Even my skunk shrimp pound them down.
