Hello!
I am having an issue with my tank and could use some advice. I am new the the hobby.
Each of the last 3 mornings, I have come down and the water is cloudy and yellowish. I have attached a picture. The strange part is, it is only the morning (and potentially while I am sleeping). It clears up nicely after a few hours. My parameters seem great also. They are pretty consistent throughout the day.

Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrites: 0 ppm
Nitrates: 1-2 ppm
Calcium: 450-500 ppm
Alkalinity: 11-12 dKH
Ph: 8.0 - 8.2
Phos: 0ppm

I am running carbon media and a protein skimmer.

Any advice is very appreciated.

Replace the activated carbon in the tank. That will remove any yellowness in the water column. It could be anything from yellow water, a bacteria bloom, or even just how the light is entering the tank. If activated carbon doesn't fix it, do a large water change.
