Zoanthid care & growth

We have a couple of zoa frags that have lost growth. I think this is largely because we were late in changing out our T5-HO bulbs. How can we get them to begin growing again? Should we target feed them? If so, what should we feed them, and how often?

IMO, zoas are not worth target feeding.... you're just adding more nutrients to the water than it's worth. Best option is good lighting & water quality.... If you just changed out your bulbs, give them some time.

Wanna calculate the cost of that new reef tank?? Take your worst nightmare, double it, and you're halfway there.
