Zoanthids shrinking?

Does anyone know why some of my zoas are shrinking? Are they dying? Same thing with my green star polyps they just won't come out.

My water parameters are:
Ph 8.2
Nitrates 10
Phosphates 0
Temp 79
Calcium 430
Kh 12
Mag 1300

Any ideas??

If you look on the bottom of the pic in the zoas they are shrinking. About a week ago they were fully open now they are closed and shrinking.
