I'm from the Syracuse area. There is not many of us around for some reason. It's quite disappointing.

Actually, there are quite a few in your area.
I've met a bunch of ppl from the Southern Tier Reef Club in Binghamton and there is also the Upstate Reef Society which is more north and west NY.

Is there any other LFS in the Watertown, Syracuse or Potsdam area other than JP's and Petco? I am trying to get a salt water up and running and wanted to see what else is out there.
