Free Congo Tetra needs new home.

Im just not sure what to do with him. His buddy went belly up some time ago, and he just doesnt seem to fit in. He has become a target for my tiger barbs. He has very nice color and long flags on his tail. , I know hes not an expensive fish, but he just needs a new home. Free to anyone willing to pick him up.
