I thought it was a great meeting. There was a guest speaker from NOAA talking about that they are doing about coral reef conservation as well as what steps they are taking to help countries established a sustainable harvest of reef creatures for the aquarium hobby.
www.coralreefs.gov was one website that he told us about. Dr Mac of Dr Mac and Sons was there with some corals and [acronym:967b2e4836="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frags[/acronym:967b2e4836] to purchase. There was another local vender there aswell. The [acronym:967b2e4836="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frag[/acronym:967b2e4836] workshop was great. There where alot of people who turned out to learn how to [acronym:967b2e4836="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frag[/acronym:967b2e4836] and why we [acronym:967b2e4836="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frag[/acronym:967b2e4836]. Lots of people including myself came away from the meeting with some nice free [acronym:967b2e4836="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frags[/acronym:967b2e4836] as a result. I won two certificates at the raffle aswell.
