Didn't rinse sand?!

When I set up my 45 gallon aquarium I didn't rinse the sand...it has been up and running for 3 months with fish,shrimp, and snails. I am going to deep clean my tank today but I am worried when I mix the sand if it is going to get all cloudy and dirty and kill my fish! Any advice please

It will get cloudy and dirty. I am not sure itll kill your fish. Doing some gravel vacs on it and cleaning the water will help, unless you want to strip down the tank again and rinse it. Check your params if your worried about your fish dying because of it, which I don't think will happen. Your tank will just look cloudy for a while, unless you do something to clean it.
