Anybody got some filter media they can part with near KY? Been trying to cycle this 10 gallon tank for 4 months!

I'm assuming you are attempting to do a fishless cycle?
why not just buy a few danios and do a fish-in cycle and be done with it.
I have never had an issue with fish-in cycling, just have to stay on top of the water parameters.
4 months is an awfully long time.
