North Carolina Aquarium Roanoke Island
Last week I had a business trip to Manteo North Carolina in the Outer Bank area. As always I try to hit every aquarium possible in my travels and this one is pretty good. The admission was only $8.00 and it was well worth it. Several freshwater and saltwater displays are in place with native fish to the area.
I highly recommend this if you are in the area! http://www.ncaquariums.com/ |

I go there every year (I have a timeshare in Kitty Hawk), and enjoy it every time. Very nice, if small, facility and the staff is great! Always friendly and willing to talk about their fish.

Thats the one I've never seen. I' been to the on at Pine Knoll Shores and the one at Fort Fisher. They are both good. Ripleys in North Myrtle beach is really good but the best I've seenis the South Carolina Aquarium in Charlston. It was great!
