Reliable LFS
I've been dealing with Scott's Petshop for most of my plant needs. I
am very happy with my purchases but now have run into an algae problem. I am a bit confused on their solution and information about fertilizing as what they are telling me is very different on what I read over the internet. Is there an LFS near the northwest suburbs that you can recommend that is very knowlegeable about plants and algae? Thanks for your help. |

There are two that come to mind. The first is The Living Sea Aquarium at Devon and Cumberland (Park Ridge, I think.) I don't know what kind of advice they offer, but I was in there this weekend and their stock is awesome - more than I ever recall seeing at Scott's. The other name I've heard a couple times is Sharky's in (?) Grayslake. HTH, hank |
