san francisco tap water

i'm sure most people in the region already know about the change in the san francisco water and parts of the peninsula, that began earlier this year (2004). i couldn't find enough information on www.sfaquarium.org or www.sfbakc.org.

how much worst is it now for a saltwater aquarium?

how does the tap water compare to other cities in the country?

what additional precautions do we need to take? does it mean we definitely need a reverse osmosis system?

thanx
