10 gallon help

How many fish can you fit into a 10 gallon tank because i have 7 in mine two sunburst platty one painted platty one mickey mouse platty one black skirt tetra one dwarf gourami and a albino cory cat fish.

Greatly depends on the fish.

Your tetras and Cory for example needs schools

In a 5 gal tank I have one betta and one mystery snail.

That's like asking how many rocks you can fit in a bucket... the answer is "a lot" if you fill it with sand

That said... the answer is not a lot. No more than 10 fish in a 10 gallon, but some of the fish you have get too big for a 10 gallon anyway. The tetra, the gourami and the corydoras.

You could switch to pygmy cories you can fit a good four to six in there very entertaining fish
