126 litre stocking levels!

I have set up a 126 litre tank. It is currently cycling with Bio-Start a synthetic ammonia. When it is cycled I would like to stock it with:
2 lace gouramis
6 panda corys
7 rummy-nose tetras
9 cardinal tetras
Would this be ok? Any comments?

The fish will appreciate some plants! The numbers look good for the tank and each species involved.
