I know someone knows this but what amount of nitrites should I see from 1ppm of ammonia and what amount of nitrates should I see from the nitrites converted from that 1ppm of ammonia? This is assuming it's all converting properly

1ppm ammonia --> 2.7 ppm nitrites
1ppm nitrites --> 1.35 ppm nitrates

so,
1ppm ammonia --> 3.645 ppm nitrates.

Exact ammonia:nitrite ratio is 1 : 46/17

So according to this how does this look? It started with 2 ppm ammonia

This look in the middle of the cycle. If tap water is 0 nitrates, then it means some ammonia did the entire cycle.

I would a little water change to this to help nitrites bacterias to develop. Nitrates are high a bit...

3/4 of the ammonia as been consumed.

That is REALLY bad. You should use remineralized RODI water.

The perfect tap water would be all ammo/trites/trates levels at zero.
