That was one person. And try and imagine 20 Endler's in your tank. See how little room there'd be? It's just cruel to have that many fish in such a small tank IMO.

How many Endlers can I stock in a 29L tank?

Are you planning on getting males and females, or just males? If you are getting just males, I would say around 8-12. However, if you plan on getting males and females, they will likely overpopulate your tank
