Need a strong filter for my 29 gallon because the water is very nasty...
I was wanting to get the aqueon 55/75 for it, but im not sure if thats too much...
Wat is the max gallons per hour ?

There is no rule as it depends on what fish you have stocked. Small fish such as tetras and cories will likely not be able to handle such a rapid flow while large fish should be able to survive.

I run 1,850G/H for my 180G tank and you can definitely notice the flow but my fish seem fine.

In short I think that anything over 10 times your tank volume is probably pushing it unless you have large fish or fish that prefer fast water movement.

Okay... Then ill get a 300 gph filter ...
Can you post some pics of your 180 tank , cynic?
