I have a 5 gallon f/w that I cycled without fish 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago I added 5 baby mollies (about 1 month old). The water got cloudy, so i tested for ammonia/nitrites - the results were absolute zero. The temp is about 76-78...I installed a whisper power filter (for 5-15 gallon tanks) a week ago and it is still cloudy. I only feed once a day and very litte, I havent been feeding for 2 days now, still no difference? I added a snail and a small algae eater, even though there is nothing for them to eat, hehe. What is going on? The gravel is spotlessly clean as are the walls. I am thinking of putting a water conditioner in. Any suggestions?

Put some carbon in your filter, it will clear up faster than you can read the book "Great Expectations". Just kidding, it wont take long.
