55g stock help!

Sine starting my tank in Jan. I have had a few issues, well now my tank has leveled off for some time and I am wondering what I should finish stocking it with. As of right now we have
2- Angelfish
2-bettas (1 male 1 female)
4- longfin danios, (the bettas are fine with them)
1-Moonlight gourami
1- Bamboo shrimp
1- Rainbow shark (He doesn't bother anyone)
2-Platys
So any advice as to what we can finish stocking with? We really want another gourami but not sure of the kind, Also I love the German blue rams and the Bolivian rams so would a 2 work? I really want some color and we love the dojo loach. Please help! I just want to make sure everyone is compatible and happy.

I know that Angels, Gouramis, rainbow fish, are ok with Rams, I think platies are too. I have rams, angels and gouramis in an 80 gallon.

bettas and gouramis shouldnt be housed together

I have had them housed since my tank cycles, with no problems.
