So have you narrowed down your list any? =o)

Yeah.
10 neons
10 rummy-nose
3 glo-fish
2 rams
2 leopard cory
2 panda cory
2 pearl gourami

The rummy-nose might be narrowed down by a few because I don't know where to put the current fish I have.

I think it looks pretty good. I don't think rummys put out much bioload so you might be okay with those 10. You might want to either do 4 leopard cories or 4 panda cories because they should really be in a school (they won't school if they are different types). It's really fun to watch cories shoal at the bottom

I would say add 2 more of each of the cories (4 Leopards and 4 pandas). They will be happy, and you won't have any problems. The otos mostly eat algae anyways, where the cories are scavangers, and will eat all the uneaten food that drops to the bottom.

I personally have not had problems keeping otos alive. They seem like one of the more hardy fish in my tanks, and as long as I suppliment algae wafers and vegi flake, they seem to be doing just fine, and are always fat.
