I'm starting up my first planted tank. I want to be able to put shrimp in my tank but I don't want them in there as someone's dinner lol. Just wondering what fish if any can go well with shrimp and would it suit a larger tank. I want angel fish but I'm almost certain they will eat the shrimp..... Anyways, any feedback is greatly appreciated thanks for all the help

You could try to get larger shrimp like flower shrimp. They can get up to two inches long, so your angel shouldn't eat them. Smaller shrimp like ghost or cherry shrimp will be eaten, sadly. You can always use aqadvisor.com to see if anything will become anything elses food, that site is super useful.

I will try that site thank you :)
