A few questions about tiger barbs.

1) I have heard the larger the school the less often then pick on other tankmates. Is this true?

2) what are some good tank mates for them? Playing with what I want in the tank, can't decide yet.

3) i know BN Plecos would be ok with tiger barbs but what about a pitbull pleco?

1) Yes, that is true.
As for you other questions, I am not entirely sure. I know tiger barbs like to pick at long fins, so if it always has it fins up maybe not....not sure about that one though

While larger groups of tiger barbs lessens the aggression towards other tank mates, it does not always stop it completely. I'm not quite sure what kind of fish you can put with them but you should definitely pick ones without long flowing fins.
