A new fish!!

So I popped into my lfs looking for a bichir and they were already too big. So I decided to pick this little guy up instead. Heís in a 29 atm but I will be moving him to a larger tank when the time comes. Itís a marbled goby. One thing I noticed when I was acclimating it . I realize itís hills were really red. Is this normal?
Ps I know his tale is split Iím ok with that.
And itís name is hunter
