ADF question...

Oh man, I jinxed my frogs. I just looked and one was stuck to the filter with one leg through the slits and he was dead. I don't know how long he was stuck there, I haven't looked in there since I fed them this morning.

Mine don't like freeze dried either but the frozen ones they go nuts over. I buy a slab not the cubes because I have a community tank and the fish would eat them before the ADF's got them.

have you guys considered putting a pre-filtering sponge on the intake to your filters with the ADF's.. I wouldnt think they would need more then 5 cycles per hour either. Some members have up to 10 cycles per hour and I think that just asking for a weak or sick fish to get sucked up into the intake..IME more then 5 cycles per hour isnt even usefull unless you have high bio-load fish like Oscars..
