Hi Fish Friends!

I was online and heard that ADFs don't need filters. I assume that this is untrue, but I wanted to check with you guys, Thanks!

They need filters-or they'll do a lot better with a filter. It's just like a fish in a bowl, the waste will just build up.

I know brookstone sells little adf kits with a little bowl, but those don't do too well.

They are high waste producers in my opinion. A filter would be preferred. And even then def vacuum at least once a week! Haha. They are tons of fun to watch They are silly. A favorite of my sons.
