I know what you mean. My mom gets very mad when a babble about getting a new tank. The only tank I have are a 12 gallon,40 gallon,and she is letting me get a 55 gallon for my b-day,then thats it. But it is inevitable for her to talk and talk about how useless buying these tanks are, but I have gotten used to it.But the time when she was the most mad was when I tried SW, so I went to the LFS and bought an eclipse system 12 an listened to every thing they said. Then they sold me everything I wanted. Then after a month they all died. And she held that against me since then.
