Aggressive Cherry Barb

I recently added 2 more cherry barbs to my tank which already had 5. There is one cherry barb that is bigger then the rest and is chasing the other barbs. How can I stop him from attacking the other fish?

Is it just chasing or is he attacking other fish? They're probably just trying to establish hierarchy and territories, it should calm down after a while as long as he actually isn't causing injury to other fish.
