If I get an air pump that's a little bigger than the one I have now, will it blow more bubbles out of my air stone or will it be the same? Will the pressure be higher? The air pump I have now is for up to 10 gallons and the one I'm looking at getting is for 20-40 gallons.

It depends. Theoretically, yes; however, only so much air can get through the stones, so a larger pump may not necessarily result in more output. A 10 gallon pump is fairly small, though, so I imagine that you would get more output with a larger pump in your case.

I've had a 10G pump going through a sponge before, then changed to a 20-60 pump. It noticeable pump more air and at a faster rate. I believe you are referencing the Aqua Culture(Walmart) brand?

No, the Tetra Whisper, but I'm looking at getting the Cobalt Aquatics Phantom Ultrasonic Air Pump
