Have you got a valve connected to the air stones?? If not maybe purchasing one could be an Idea, you will be able to control the amount of air that gets pumped thru to the tank then, Might help, not 100% certain tho.

Can you have to many air stones/bubblers in your tank I have two in my 20 gallon tank and there is this white foamy bubbles on the top of my water

You can put as many as you wany, they're mainly for decoration. Many don't use air pumps, you get enough suface agitation from your filter.

If the bubbles are popping regularly and are not covering the entire surface of the tank for long period of time then you shouldn't have a problem.

Also remember that some fish like the betta or gourami will create bubble nest when they are ready to spawn.

I moved them around and that helped out there isn't as much bubbles now. But I just bought this tank an mad some rookie mistakes to where most of my fish died so I have been changing to water everyday for the past couple days

No and trust me I have been told a bunch I should of tested my water and did a cycle before putting in my fish but I had a 10 gallon tank full of goldfish and never did a cycle and never tested the water I just changed it every two weeks some times sooner but I never had any problems then I decided I wanted a bigger tank and different fish not just goldfish and then I rushed into it and didn't let my tank set for one day (only prob 3 or 4 hours) then I tried to add 14 fish at once and now I only have 7 left but I plan on taking them back cause I was also told on here that the fish I have left need a bigger tank than the one I got and none of them are compatible so I am just trying to keep these fish alive till I go back to the pet store so I can return these fish and buy a test kit

A liquid test kit is a must in this hobby, just because the water of your tank is clear doesn't mean everything is good.
