Albino Red Tail Shark (3") vs Blue Gene Jack Dempsey (9")

Last night I purchased 2 Albino Red Tail Sharks (about 2-3") and placed them in my 55 with a Jack Dempsey and my 4 Cichlids.

Left for a half hour and came back, Sharks No where to be found.

At Petsmart they were in a fairly small tank with Blood Red Parrot Cichlids...so I thought they would be fine in the tank with the cichlids I got.

3 Questions,

What would have eaten them (Dempsey or Cichlids) and would there be bones?

Can I maybe get a refund from the store?

Is the BGJD a cichlid?

Sounds like they became feeders.
