Algae Wafers Question

Once the tank has been thoroughly cleaned by a dwarf pleco, how many and how often should i supplement with algae wafers.

They are round, 1/2 inch wafers, remain solid up to 24 hours.

Pleco Joe still suck on the glass, but i don't know if he is searching or actually munching on algae i just can't see.

anyone got any advice?

I usually do twice a week

I throw in a few wafers every few days. I brake them up in smaller pieces because my Silver Dollars absolutely love these algae wafers as much as my longfin albino pleco. I have to make sure a few pieces land on the gravel for my pleco while the silver dollars munch on larger pieces.
