angel behavior

all my angels feed off the bottom. when i feed they eat from the top like everyone else, but i've noticed they have started eating stuff off the bottom and nibbling at the diatoms on the decorations. is this normal?

I agree...angels are very piggish and will scavenge. As they mature, they will rely more on begging you for the food they want rather than "hunt" for it.

that's interesting because, now that i think about it, this behavior really started after i stopped giving in to their begging... oh well, i have to work for everything, why shouldn't they... builds character right?
