Scarlet badis would work, but I've heard they are hard to feed. They

Not to hijack the thread, but I'll give you a quick answer.

They can eventually be turned to other forms of foods. My LFS feeds them flake, so when I got them they were already on flake. Then I had to change them to my homemade food, which they go nuts for. But frozen foods like bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp etc work for them. The key is pour (after letting it thaw in a cup) it into the current. They think the food is live and go after it.
