angel fish eating crickets and other insects/bugs

Is it safe for my angel fish to eat crickets and other insects of appropriate size.i feed my angel fish small black crickets and fruit flys. And sometimes small locusts

Yes, it is safe and part of a natural diet for them. As long as the insects aren't contaminated with any kind of pesticide or poison it's safe. That's why you want to be sure you know where they're coming from before you feed the insects to the fish.
