angel laid eggs.......now what

so i came home to find my angel has laid eggs on the intake to my filter lol

if i was going to let them hatch what would i need to do and how long will it take??

so i recieved some new plants today from rook and then i noticed the eggs on the filter....either way i had to do a water change and the eggs were out of water for a min or two and now a lot of them kinda turned a white color ...did i kill them ???
please help
