Angelfish diet?

Yes I read they are omnivorous but I didn't get a good answer on what should be the most part of there diet. I understand a balanced diet but would like to know what is good for them as staple. Meat based like bloodworms, shrimps, krill etc or veggies pellets, flakes etc?

I feed them three times so please suggest what should be there staple diet. Thanks.

I feed mines once a day but I switch it up he might get blood worms he might get flakes I might even put cichlid pellets
