Angelfish pairing again after death of mate?

So I have a 44 gallon planted community tank that until recently had a mated pair of angelfish in it. I had a male veil finned pearlscale platinum angelfish and a female blue silver veil angelfish that were both about 1 year old. The male died suddenly and I was wondering if I got a another male if it was possible for the female to pair up with him or will she never pair up again.
