Any have a clue what could be wrong???

Woke up this morning and noticed that one of my fishes looks kind of swollen, imo it doesn't look like dropsy but I could be wrong.
The fish is called daffodil cichlid - Neolamprologus pulcher

what are you feeding?-- give it plenty of vegetable matter. try some peas. this should fix him up. hes just a bit bloated. if it gets worse, starve him for 2-3 days and start feeding him more peas again.
