My female molly is been harassed so much by a male in the tank that she developed ich. I separated the female into a hospital tank and she was fine. I added more females to my main tank and put the female back in. The male went straight for her again and 2 days later she had ich again.

Any suggestions or just get rid of fish?

Maybe try adding more hiding places or breaking up the tank space with a taller ornament/plant? That might at least help give the poor girl a break unless he is really persistent.

Get rid of the male.
If put the male in the hospital tank for a while after the female is better. When you put him back in the main tank he will prob calm down
