Any ideas what this is?

Found this today on my ornament. Not quite sure what it is. It's a white sack with reddish like trails coming off it. My rams have laid some eggs around the tank the last few days, could this possibly be unfertilised eggs?? Any suggestions would be great.

Doesn't look like ram eggs.
Do you have snails in the tank?

Looks like the remains of a dead somethings or a major fungus bubbula
