Anyone know where I can get a tank cover that is 23.25in.x12in? PLEASE, I have a 20 gallon tank with a light but no cover.

None of my tanks have tops. No problems except a little extra topping off.

topping off is adding water as it evaporates faster

If you go without a top just make sure your fish aren't jumpers (a Bala Shark of mine tried to fly like Superman years ago) and be sure your light is attached solidly. My light system has brackets to suspend it over the tank, but I was nervous I'd bump into it and knock it into the water. A lot of people suspend them from the ceiling if that's an option for you. I think open top tanks are cool though. Also it's a lot easier for feeding and cleaning.

Only one of my tanks have tops. But if you want one, PETCO does carry them online and In store. I think the manufacturer is called all glass. They run about fifteen dollars.
