I did. I gave them a little bit of all the food I have. I only gave them a little bit of everything so it was only a little more than usual.

Miss Betta got an extra pellet.

What human foods other than veggies can be given to fish....?

Oh wow! I never knew any of this until I joined this forum! I think we may try to give our shrimp some veggies.

What would be a good way to get the food down on the sand for them without submerging your hand?

Also do you or does anyone know how you would blanch spinach/vegetables? I often see that veggies should be blanched for fish/aquatic critters, but I dunno how to do it.

Peas will sink on their own. I'll get a link for how to blanch them in a few minutes

I think it's the same for all veggies though. Minus the de-shelling part;)

Thank you!!!! I will educate myself about this by watching this video as soon as I have a chance :)

I use rrozen peas, then blanch them, also frozen raspberries before I blanch them.
